Prashant Agrawal (Mr. P)

Prashant Agrawal, aka Mr. P, is a founder, investor, banker, and strategist with more than 25 years of experience in international investment banking, global financial markets, venture development, fund management, acquisitions, commercialization, and capital advisory.

Prashant is the Co-Founder and CEO of Be Pacific, where he is building access to capital for post-revenue founders and businesses. He is also the Executive Director of Canadapreneur, championing, enabling, empowering, and elevating Canada's new generation of business owners and operators.

A true multipreneur, Prashant has founded, led, and successfully exited businesses over the years. Known for his unfiltered, simple talk, he proudly promotes his original quote, "Money is not the problem, you are." He believes in common sense, commerce, and economics over emotions and is an optimist and active supporter of communities and opportunities.

Fun facts: Prashant built and failed his first business at age 17. He made his first $10 as a part-time bartender, which he still calls the best job ever.
