CTO of SPARC Global, leading an AI-native geospatial intelligence platform deployed across nine countries and millions of acres.

— Biography

Parsa Riahi is Chief Technology Officer of SPARC Global, a Vancouver-headquartered geospatial AI organization of more than 200 specialists with three decades of enterprise deployments and over 600 projects across natural resources, agriculture, forestry, environment, and climate. SPARC Global turns satellite imagery into clear, time-stamped, location-tagged evidence that governments and industry can act on and defend. Its systems have saved governments billions of dollars a year and earned international recognition, including dozens of United Nations awards and recognitions.

This work sits at the center of a national imperative. As Canada builds its sovereign AI capability, SPARC Global delivers homegrown geospatial intelligence for the priorities that matter most: securing the country's critical mineral corridors, strengthening wildfire monitoring and response, and bringing satellite-verified visibility to agricultural supply chains, alongside a growing footprint in defence with clients including the Department of National Defence and the Royal Canadian Navy.

Across nine countries and millions of acres, Parsa leads the entire technical platform and is the architect of SPARC Global's AI-native operating model, in which AI agents run across the business the way an enterprise runs departments. It gives the company the reach of a three-decade institution and the pace of an AI-native startup, delivering enterprise-grade work faster than organizations many times its size.
