Aishwarya Venketraj is a semiconductor professional, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and strategic leader with more than 12 years of experience in the global semiconductor industry. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for leading complex engineering initiatives with precision, innovation, and a collaborative approach, while working across multicultural and multinational environments.

She holds a Master's degree in Microelectronics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani and completed her undergraduate studies at Anna University, where she served as the Chair of IEEE Women in Engineering, reflecting her longstanding commitment to leadership, mentorship, and empowering women in engineering and technology.

Based in Canada, Aishwarya is also a serial entrepreneur leading ventures in real estate investment and engineering services, with business involvement extending across Canada, the UAE, including Dubai, and India. Her entrepreneurial vision is rooted in ethical growth, innovation, long-term wealth creation, and building businesses that create meaningful impact across industries and communities.

Beyond her professional achievements, Aishwarya is deeply involved in philanthropic initiatives focused on supporting women and children in need.
